RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We try our best to ensure all items arrive to you without any damage or complications. Unfortunately, there are instances where damage does occur. If this happens please email us your order number and a photo of the product and we will ensure to send out a replacement.
In the unlikely event that a plant does arrive dead, it will always be replaced.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard delivery fee will be added at checkout for all orders. Given the current policies and procedures in place to protect the health and safety of our fulfillment team, you should expect orders to ship within 3 - 5 business days. Once orders have been shipped you will automatically receive tracking information. Packages take 1-3 business days to arrive once in transit but additional delays due to weather, holiday and USPS exceptions may occur outside of our control.
